Happy Spring! Spring is a great time for a restart, a jumpstart, a time to shake off the winter blues and maybe the winter pounds too. I know I have fluffed up a little this winter, and the time change here in New York always makes me feel a little sluggish. So I’m hosting a workshop this week to refocus on eating clean, boosting my energy, and loving my body- pale skin, winter fluff and all!
Reading about clean eating and losing weight and boosting energy is great, but coming together live with like-minded women to learn more about it and support each other is so much better! So I’m inviting you to join me!
