20 Mel Robbins Quotes to Enlighten and Inspire

May 7, 2022 by Mary Leave a Comment

If you know me, you know I love my quotes. Quotes make me think, they inspire me,  they spark creativity. Sometimes they even make me go do a workout when I’m dragging myself through the day. And Mel Robbins is one of my favorite motivational authors/speakers/coaches; she is so likable and genuine. She doesn’t pretend everything is perfect. But she does inspire me to get up and take action. So I gathered 20 Mel Robbins quotes to enlighten and inspire- ones I’ve written on post-it notes or scrawled into a journal. Many are from her books The 5-Second Rule and The High 5 Habit; some are ones I have seen posted on social media.

Blog Title: 20 Mel Robbins Quotes to Enlighten and Inspire

Your dreams deserve your attention…

Your dreams deserve ten minutes every morning. No excuses. Don’t tell me you don’t have the time. Don’t tell me you’re too busy. If you’re hitting the snooze button before you get up – you have the time…you’re just not making it a priority. Put down the phone and get to work.

The time is now. Stop hitting the snooze button on your life.

The life you want is absolutely within your reach. You can have a body you’re proud of, a career that makes you feel alive, the greatest love of your life…You can achieve anything. Stope beating yourself down, start lifting yourself up and GO GET IT.

If you did the work you’re avoiding, you’d have the results you want.

Feeling stuck is not a permanent state. It’s a signal that you’ve stopped growing, so follow it. Sign up for an online class. Listen to a podcast. Get out of your comfort zone.

Your relationship with yourself is the foundation for everything in your life.

Limiting beliefs…

If you look in the mirror and don’t see a person worth celebrating, it’s time to change that.

When you replace that self-doubt and self-criticism that drags you down with self-acceptance and self-love that lifts you up, your life will change.

Your doubts create mountains. Your actions move them.

There will never be a right time. Stop waiting and start doing.

Mel Robbins Quote

Take action…

I was the problem and in five seconds, I could push myself and become the solution.

Start now. Start where you are. Start with fear. Start with pain. Start with doubt. Start with your hands shaking. Just start.

Your future is not determined by chance. It’s determined by choice.

Act like the person you want to become.

If you want a new life, act like it. No matter how scared you are, just start.

Change your decisions and you’ll change your life. And what will change your decisions more than anything? Courage.

Knowing what you need to do to improve your life takes wisdom. Pushing yourself to do it takes courage.

It’s not the biggest moves that change everything- it’s the smallest ones in your everyday life that do.

Start before you’re ready. Don’t prepare, begin.

And maybe my favorite…

There will always be someone who can’t see your worth. Don’t let it be you.

Because worthiness is an often-overlooked but incredibly important part of our emotional health and well-being. You are worthy.
